During this period, we began to secure key contracts in event security, manned guarding, and consultancy. Our recruitment process was refined to attract highly trainable and disciplined individuals, while our in-house training academy equipped them with essential security skills, customer service etiquette, and emergency response techniques. This laid the groundwork for a growing and reliable workforce.

In pursuit of credibility and legal compliance, Fourthman Security Services having obtained full registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under RC No. 1461382, received operational approval from the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC). We also implemented rigorous operational standards aligned with national regulations and best practices. These milestones solidified our position as a licensed and accredited indigenous security firm, trusted by both public and private sector clients.

Today, in 2025, Fourthman Security Services proudly manages a team of over 400 trained security operatives deployed across various sectors — including corporate, residential, industrial, and high-profile events.
